Cancellations, changes & no shows I hold a strict 48 hour cancellation policy, This allows me to try and fill your slot, anything less then 48hours notice may incure a 50% charge, any cancellations within 24 hours notice will incure a full charge.
I do understand emergencies may arrise so please call me as soon as possible to let us know and it will be under my own descretion if a charge is made.
If you change you mind about what service you require please also give us as much notice possible so i can accomodate this and make amendments as it may affect my next customers appointment.
If you fail to show up to your appointment and i have had no contact, an automatic charge to your card hd on the system will be made, if no card is saved an invoice for the full amount will be issued and future bookings will require an upfront payment.
My online bookings now require a 50% booking fee. This is deducted from your appointment on th day. If you cancel without the correct notice this will be kept if your appointment can not be filled.
Any appointments over an hour long that are booked via the salon or facebook will be invoiced 2 weeks prior for a 50% booking fee to secure your appointment.
If you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours notice and you have paid a booking fee this will be kept on your account for your next appointment.
Appointment confirmations and reminders I will contact you via SMS to confirm appointments made and remind you of upcoming appointments 2 days prior. Please make sure i have a correct upto date mobile number. I consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.
